Kutjevo winery introduces the latest addition to its popular premium De Gotho line, the visually appealing sparkling wine, De Gotho Chardonnay. This wine is crafted from an early harvest of carefully selected chardonnay grapes from the finest vineyard locations to preserve freshness in the final product.
The production process itself is based on the traditional Champenoise method. The exception is that, after disgorging, no expedition liqueur, dosage, is added, allowing the wine to remain entirely as it is. The result is a top-tier sparkling wine with an exceptionally rich flavor and sophisticated elegance.
Our winemakers take special care in nurturing the popular international variety, Chardonnay, and this particular sparkling wine is produced in limited quantities. Due to the limited number of bottles produced, we have no doubt that it will be an exceptionally exclusive and sought-after product, especially because of the opulent flavors it offers. It is characterized by a pronounced mature flavor complemented by secondary creamy notes of vanilla and almond, with a touch of brioche, adding diversity and complexity.
