In the beautiful ambiance of the Zagreb restaurant, Maksimir Kutjevo winery participated in the 5th Salon of sparkling wines. This year’s festival will bring together 27 winemakers with over 70 sparkling wines from Croatia, Slovenia and Italy. In addition to educational workshops and a special sparkling tasting menu, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the bubbles of premium sparkling wine Maximo Brut, one of the first Croatian sparkling wines from Graševina, produced by the champenoise method.
